Traditional hazelnut coffee

The traditional recipe for coffee with nuts is very similar to the familiar Americano. To prepare it, you must first roast coffee and nut beans in the oven or in a dry frying pan; hazelnuts are most often used.

After roasting, they should be ground as finely as possible and also grind the hazelnuts using a coffee grinder to flour. Pour this mixture into 200 ml of water and cook in a pot over low heat. After boiling, it is poured into small cups. Sugar can be added if desired.

Preparation:

  1. Pour hot espresso into an Irish coffee glass, then add aquavit and sugar.
  2. Gently spoon whipped cream over the top of the drink and sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
  3. Serve immediately.

Irish nut coffee

For 4 servings you will need:

  • Baileys Irish Cream Coffee liqueur – 120 ml,
  • Frangelico liqueur with hazelnuts – 120 ml,
  • chocolate syrup - to taste,
  • whipped cream – 180 ml,
  • ready-made coffee – 600 ml,
  • cinnamon powder - to taste,
  • grated nutmeg - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. In a coffee pot, mix the prepared coffee drink, two types of liqueur and chocolate syrup.
  2. Pour the drink into cups, filling them two-thirds full.
  3. Place whipped cream on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and grated nuts. Ready!

Coffee "Hot glass"

Ingredients:

  • nut liqueur – 90 ml,
  • hot freshly brewed coffee – 90 ml,
  • whipped cream – 30 ml,

Preparation:

  1. Pour layers of nut liqueur and coffee into a tall glass (approx. 250 ml), with cream on top.

To do this, you need to take 150 ml of ready-made cappuccino, 30 ml each of Baileys and Frangelico liqueur with hazel. You can also add chocolate syrup to taste. These ingredients are mixed in a coffee pot.

    Hazel is perfect for making this cappuccino. To make it unforgettable you will need only 10 g of coffee, 30 g of hazel and 300 ml of water.

    The study, published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, is the largest study examining the link between nut consumption and heart health. The researchers decided to study the relationship between specific types of nuts and the incidence of cardiovascular disease.

    You can professionally prepare real nut mousse at home. To do this, prepare:

    • Instant coffee – 3 tsp;
    • Ground coffee – 2-3 tsp;
    • Milk – 30 ml;
    • Boiling water – 50 ml;
    • Walnut – 50 g;
    • Cane sugar – 70 g;
    • Eggs – 4 pcs;
    • Crushed ice - 4 cubes;
    • Cream – 200-300 ml;

    Cooking method:
