  3. Garlic cloves are rubbed onto the sides and bottom of the turk. This way the drink will absorb as much juice as possible.
  4. Pour crushed coffee powder into the container.
  5. Water is poured into the cezve and placed on the stove.
  6. Wait until the liquid begins to boil, but do not bring it to a boil.
  7. When the maximum temperature is reached, the container is set aside. Such manipulations are repeated three times.
  8. Pour the drink into a cup.

Sugar is added to the finished drink if desired.

Traditional drink with garlic - recipe

Arabic style coffee recipe with green cardamom

Ingredients:

  • ground coffee – 3 teaspoons or adjust to taste;
  • brown sugar – 1 teaspoon;
  • green cardamom - 3 pieces.

In the process of preparing Arabic coffee, not ground, but whole cardamom is used. The spice seeds should be crushed with the tip of a knife and mixed with sugar and coffee.
