How to cook

  2. Add honey, raisins, coffee and vanilla sugar to the pan. Stir well. Remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  4. Pour the contents of the pan into a glass jar. Add alcohol. You can replace it with vodka if it's too strong for you.
  5. Close the jar with a lid and leave in a dark place for 2-3 weeks.
  6. Drain the resulting tincture and strain several times in a convenient way.
  7. Let it sit for at least another week, after bottling it.
