the machine does not turn on, the sensor is on fire, the waste container is full, you can reboot the machine.
The Philips Saeco XSmail coffee machine does not turn on. Swallow reddish sensor on the side of the waste container. The container is unstained. Saeco Xsmall HD8745/09 - abstract of coffee making.
If you have received a Philips Saeco Xsmall HD8745/09 coffee machine
and have difficulties in using it, then this summary is for you. Features: Not designed for cafes and restaurants, only for home use;
Let's quickly go through the use of the main control parts, and only then we will begin to conjure a wonderful drink in our car.
- Open the top lid where the container is located, add coffee beans and close it tightly.
- Pull out the water tank on the left side of the device. If you are starting to use it for the first time, we advise you to thoroughly wash the tank, and only then fill it with liquid to the “MAX” level. Reinstall it in its original place, checking whether the tank is installed correctly. Please note that many readers ask the question: “What kind of water should I put in the coffee machine?” Do not damage the device with hot and carbonated water.
- On the right side there is a waste compartment. Every time before turning the Saeco Xsmall HD8745 back on, empty the inside of any debris. It is estimated that approximately 7-8 mugs can hold waste from grains. It is recommended to wipe with a soft cloth without dishwashing liquid.
- Water accumulates in the pan and must be drained from time to time.
- The milk frother handle, or also called the Pannarello attachment, is used for making cappuccino in the Saeco Xsmall. It is recommended to see that this device is not found in all Philips brands.
Well, let's get started!
Let's press the button that is marked with number 1 - “ON/OFF”, before that we will check that the control center - the picture with a coffee grain - is positioned as shown in the figure. The reddish and later greenish button will light up, indicating that the circuit is heating and cleaning. Don’t worry if the sound is loud (By the way, not a big drawback of the coffee machine). Wait a couple of minutes until the automatic rinse cycle completes, releasing a few drops of water onto the tray. When the buttons on the right and left sides stop flashing and only one greenish button on the right side remains on, this means the washing process has completed and the saeco is ready for use.
Pay attention to the control center there are two buttons: small cup size and large. If you want there to be not enough water in the coffee, then press the top button (for espresso) and, on the contrary, with a huge amount of water, press the bottom button (for coffee). Place the mug on the tray under the tap and press the button.
Even if we don’t add milk, the coffee in the Saeco Xsmall HD8745/09 still comes out with delicious foam.
