History of appearance

Before the advent of cappuccino machines, baristas had to froth milk in a pitcher by hand. For this we used a regular whisk. Appearance and equipment

Externally, Nespresso Aeroccino is a cylinder with a ribbed plastic finish. The upper part is made of stainless steel. The device is mounted on a stand from which the power cord extends.   1. Turn on the device using the key.
  2. Pour milk to the desired level.
  3. Make sure the outside of the container is dry.
  4. Place the working part on the stand.
  5. Press the start button.
  6. Wait for the device to stop automatically.

It takes 70 seconds to froth enough milk for two cappuccinos. It will take the same time to make a hot cocktail. Preparing cold foam takes one minute. To prevent the milk from heating up, the start button must be held down for about 2 seconds.

Using heating, you can get a hot drink within two minutes. This saves time when you need to take coffee with you on the go or heat up a small amount of milk. To use this mode, you just need to remove the spring from the nozzle.

The advanced model Aeroccino 4 differs from its predecessor in its larger volume and internal ceramic coating. The control panel is backlit, and the device has the ability to automatically turn off. The jug is dishwasher safe.

Instructions for use

The instructions for the device are quite simple. There are a limited number of recommendations on how to use the unit to get the desired result.

First, the cappuccino maker is connected to the network. Then milk is poured into the bowl to the indicated mark. The amount of liquid depends on the recipe for preparing the drink. If you need to froth the milk, then it is enough to take 130 ml. To heat, the maximum volume should not exceed 250 ml. The whisk must be removed. The next step is to close the lid and turn on the device, choosing a red or blue button color. After 2 minutes, cooking will be completed.

How to clean?

The cleaning process begins with disassembling the device. When the cappuccino maker cools down, remove the screw with the spring. It is rinsed under running water and dried thoroughly.

The insulating layer is separated from the lid, and both elements are thoroughly washed. To dry them, you need to leave them on a towel. For quick results, wipe the parts with a cotton cloth. The glass itself cannot be washed under running water. It must be carefully wiped with a damp sponge and then with a dry towel.

What have you forgotten? The main character is a whisk! Life, annoyingly enough, consists of little things. I don’t know, this charm was invented for sleepy bears like me. Or due to technical reasons. But the whisk is not simple. No, not gold. With a magnet! When collecting the bowl in the morning, the sleepy bear will not miss the holder. It's a small thing, but it's nice!!!

And, of course, the main character should be carefully examined and washed with love.

And although not the main characters, they are important: the milk level marks inside the bowl of the device. There are two of them and both are proudly called maximum. The milk up to the lower maximum level is enough for two standard cups of cappuccino. Up to the top - enough to treat a small group of friends. BUT!!! Experience has shown that when using milk in quantities up to the upper maximum, the milk tends to escape during cooking. Sometimes the milk manages to escape.

Using the device is simple. Designed for sleepy bears crawling into the kitchen with one eye slightly open. There is no need to use your brain; one slightly open eye is enough. I poured milk to the desired level, pressed the button, the button lit up. The button goes out - the milk foam for the cappuccino is ready. And here lies another pleasant opportunity: pamper yourself with your choice of hot or cold foam. I quickly pressed the button, the button lit up red - there will be hot foam. I dozed off a little and forgot to remove my finger from the button, the button will light up blue and you will get cold foam.

Everything is very simple to use and care. The catch is hidden in the milk. Not all milk will produce decent foam. The best candidate for making milk foam was determined by trial method: milk from PARMALAT with a fat content of 3.5%. Milk from VALIO with the same percentage of fat content is suitable as a saving alternative. For those who like less dense foam, milk with a lower fat content is quite suitable. But professional baristas insist that real cappuccino requires medium fat milk. A less dense foam from low-fat milk is prepared for lattes.

Making delicious real cappuccino at home couldn't be easier. Add or do not add sugar to the cup of prepared espresso, depending on your taste. Sugar should be added and mixed BEFORE adding milk foam! And add milk whipped into foam in the proportion of two-thirds milk (including foam) and one-third espresso. If desired, sprinkle the foam with cinnamon. And the delicious homemade cappuccino is ready!

I wanted to pamper myself exclusively, but I had to stand in line at the cappuccino machine. Children used the device in their own way: they froth milk, add cocoa or cinnamon, or chocolate, and some special gourmets do it all together. Can't get away from the device)))

And by the way. The children were generous and treated to the prepared cocoa. It turns out tastier than prepared in the traditional way by boiling milk on the stove. And faster!!! This method of preparing cocoa has many more advantages:

— children are incredibly happy about their demonstrated independence;

— the cooking process is simple and safe, does not require adult supervision. So moms can take an extra five minutes of nap);
