Uganda, India, Brazil, Vietnam also obtain most of their raw materials from ordinary trees growing below 400 meters above sea level.

Plain trees do not produce bright, memorable tastes, so advertising slightly exaggerates the advantages of the brand.

TRADITIONAL METHOD OF BREWING MATCH

According to the classic recipe, Matcha tea powder is brewed with hot (not boiling) water at a temperature of 80°C. The Japanese traditionally use a Chashaku bamboo spoon (茶杓, rH. Chashaku) to transfer the required amount of tea powder into a cup - one scoop with this spoon will take 1 g of tea. The powder is poured with water and whisked with a Chasen (Japanese 茶筅, rH. Koicha) take 4 g of tea and 50 ml of water, it turns out very thick, and when whipping it, the movements should be measured, Koicha is prepared without foam. Usually, for Koichi, the Tokusen Matcha variety is chosen from tea leaves from old trees (more than 30 years old); this variety has a more delicate and mild taste and is more expensive.

Barista coffee is roasted in several cycles. One cycle processes 500 kg of beans. The moisture content of the raw materials is taken into account here.

Foreign specialists do the roasting at the plant. Because roasting is a real art, and it needs to be learned.

After roasting, different types of roasted coffee are sent for storage in their own separate bunker. Then the recipe parameters are verified, and a computer program is created for them to determine the number of grains and proportions for mixing in a common container.

Grinding is done in a mill whose millstones are very sensitive to foreign objects. They, moving apart, immediately throw them away.

Thanks to a vacuum machine, briquettes are formed using packaging film, taking into account its porosity and paint composition. This packaging system is the property of the enterprise.

Coffee making technology

To make coffee, the manufacturer purchases beans from countries such as Brazil, India, and Ethiopia. These countries occupy leading positions in the world coffee export market.
